The challenge
The risk arrived before the control.
Logistics runs on connections: carrier APIs, customer portals, warehouse and fleet systems. As developers brought AI agents into that work, every agent became a potential path into partner systems and shipment data. The security team needed to control where agents could connect without breaking the integrations the business depends on.
What they’re doing with RayShield
- Defining exactly which partner APIs and internal systems each role’s agents can reach
- Blocking all other outbound connections by default
- Approving new connectors through a security-reviewed workflow
- Monitoring agent activity across the fleet from one console
What success looks like
- Agents connect only to approved systems and partners
- Integration work continues at full speed
- Security sees and approves every new connection
